About Shiitake

Shiitake is the second most produced mushroom in the world. We supply fresh shiitake from sawdust-block farms and dried shiitake in the grades Asian distributors ask for: flower (hua gu) with a cracked white cap, thick donko, and thinner koshin.

Fresh shiitake is priced per kg online. Dried grades and shiitake powder are quoted by grade, cap diameter and packing.
