About Saffron Milk Cap

Spain eats more saffron milk caps than anywhere else, as níscalos in Castile and rovellons in Catalonia. The mushroom is easy to recognise by its carrot-orange latex, which turns green where the flesh is cut or bruised.

We sell fresh saffron milk caps per kg through the autumn season and quote dried caps on request.
