FAQ
Products & quality
Short answers about ordering, prices per kg, wholesale quotes, shipping and storage.
What does “form” mean on a product page?
Form is how the mushroom is supplied: fresh, frozen, dried, powder, extract, canned, preserved, or in retail or food-service packs. Choose the form on the product page to see its price or to request a quote for it.
How do you check quality?
Each lot is identified to species, graded by size and condition, and checked for moisture and foreign matter before packing. Powders and extracts come with a certificate of analysis covering active compounds, heavy metals and microbiology.
Do you make health claims about functional mushrooms?
No. Reishi, chaga, cordyceps, turkey tail and lion’s mane are sold as food and ingredient materials. Product pages describe the compounds that have been studied and say what is not known; they do not claim a health effect.
Can laboratories buy research material?
Yes. Authenticated material, such as Lanmaoa asiatica and wild Ophiocordyceps sinensis, is supplied to qualified institutions by quotation, with collection data and identification records. Tell us your institution and intended use in the quote form.
How should dried mushrooms be stored?
Sealed, dry, cool and away from light. Most dried mushrooms keep 12 to 24 months that way. Rehydrate and cook them before eating; soak wood ear in the fridge and use it the same day.
