There are two ways to buy from MycoRova: choose a mushroom and its form, add the kilos you need to your cart and check out, or send us a quote request for larger, international or research orders. This page explains both, what happens after you order, and what to check before buying mushrooms that are regulated differently from country to country.

Buying online, step by step
- Choose a product. Open a product in the shop, read the description, origin and storage notes, and pick a quantity.
- Add it to your cart. The cart shows your subtotal and, when a free-shipping offer is running, how far you are from it.
- Check out. Enter your delivery and billing details. You can check out as a guest or tick the box to create an account and choose a password.
- Choose delivery and payment. Shipping options and costs for your address appear at checkout. If your country is not offered, we cannot ship that product there yet; send us a quote request and we will tell you what is possible.
- Place the order. You receive an order confirmation by email straight away, and a second email when the parcel is dispatched.
Bulk, international and research orders
Wild mushrooms are not a product you can ship anywhere at any volume. Before we price a trade order we check what can lawfully be supplied to your country, in which product form, and with which documents. That is why larger orders start with a quote.
- Send the request. The quote form takes a few minutes: product and form, quantity and frequency, destination, and your contact details. You can attach a specification or import permit, and create an account at the same time.
- We check and reply. We confirm availability, the documents your import needs (for example a phytosanitary or health certificate), lead time and price, and send the quote by email and to your account.
- Ask questions in your account. Every quote has its own message thread in My account → Quotes & messages, so the whole conversation stays in one place.
- Accept and pay. Accept the quote online. We then send a pro-forma invoice with the payment terms, and prepare the shipment and documents.
Samples for product development or laboratory work can be requested the same way. Say what the sample is for in the message field.
Payment
Online orders are paid at checkout with the payment methods shown there. Prices are in the currency displayed in the shop; your bank or card issuer may charge a conversion fee. Quoted orders are invoiced; the quote states the currency, payment method and due date. We never ask for card details by email, phone or chat.
After you order
- Order status and tracking. Your account lists every order with its status. When a parcel ships we add the carrier and tracking number, and the tracking link appears in the order and in your dispatch email.
- Changes and cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible at info@mycorova.com. Orders that have not been packed can usually be changed. See the Returns & Refunds policy for cancellations after dispatch.
- Delivery. Delivery times, costs and customs are explained in the Shipping Policy.
Before you buy: import rules and food safety
Buyers are responsible for confirming that a product may lawfully be imported into and used in their jurisdiction.
Cook all mushrooms thoroughly before eating. Some species, including morels, enoki, shiitake and Lanmaoa asiatica, can cause illness when eaten raw or undercooked.
Questions
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out or request a quote as a guest. An account lets you follow orders and quotes, read our replies and reorder without retyping your details.
Is there a minimum order?
Online orders start at 1 kg per form. Quoted orders may have a minimum per product form; the quote states it.
Can you ship to my country?
If your country appears at checkout, yes, for the products in your cart. If not, send a quote request: some destinations are possible with the right documents and others are not.
Can I visit or collect in person?
Collection is not offered unless a quote says otherwise.
How do I contact you about an order?
Reply to your order email, message us from your account, or write to info@mycorova.com. Include your order number.
